App Data Deletion

If you have registered with one of the mobile apps from LEGIC, your data will be stored in LEGIC Connect. More information about the stored data can be found here: https://www.legic.com/app-privacy-policy

If you wish to delete your LEGIC mobile app user data, please follow the instructions below.

Delete your data from within the mobile app

Open the relevant LEGIC mobile app on your smartphone and select “unregister”. All data will be deleted from our system automatically.

If you cannot access the mobile app

If you cannot access the mobile app and deregister, fill out the following form.

We will send you a verification link by e-mail together with further instructions.

If you did not register using an e-mail address

If you did not register using an e-mail address, please contact us on data.protection@legic.com with your mobile number and the name of the LEGIC mobile app you registered for.

Please note that due to the deletion the further use of our products or services may prove impossible.
